Professional Support Ticketing System

In order to consistently and efficiently track all of our customer support requests, Pixel 8 Group Inc. utilizes a professional ticket system. Each request for support is automaticaly assigned a ticket number and a dedicated support technician. Customers have an unlimited number of tickets they can request at any time without fear of being charged. Finaly, all tickets are closed only after the issue has been resolved.
